Is this a subscription?
No. The core app is free. Plus is a single one-time purchase, and you'll never see a paywall during an active alert.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your plan, supplies, Vault, home cards and emergency tools work offline. With Offline Plus, the AI assistant, reference library and maps do too. New alerts need a connection; the app keeps the latest ones and shows when they were updated.
Can I reach family if cell service is down?
SurviveYOUR helps you set up a family communication plan with meeting places and out-of-area contacts. Nearby messaging lets paired family phones pass short encrypted messages directly to each other, and through other SurviveYOUR phones close by, without cell towers. Range depends on how many phones are nearby, so always follow your plan too.
What happens to my data?
It stays on your phone, encrypted. There's no account and no SurviveYOUR server holding your records. If you use iCloud Backup and iCloud Keychain, your Vault can restore to a new iPhone.
Is it only for Florida or the coast?
No. SurviveYOUR works at any U.S. address, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Your plan follows the hazards where you live, from tornadoes and wildfire to winter storms and earthquakes.
I'm a realtor or title agent. Can I use it with clients?
Yes. Home Handoff lets a seller pass the home's shutoffs, systems and records to the buyer. Email us about partner options.
